WELCOME TO CHICAS FITNESS
We are an international group of ladies who train together outdoors in Barcelona.
Although all levels of fitness are welcome, classes do tend to be a bit more challenging.
We focus on using our own body weight, our partners, the sand, the stairs and whatever else we can find to make the workouts tough and exciting. To push you to do the best your best.
If your goal is to lose a few kilos, tone up or just enjoy a more regular exercise routine - we can help you to make exercise a part of your life.
We offer classes three mornings a week in Turo Park for Mamas
If you’re struggling to find time to exercise with your baby, we have the solution - bring them along to class with you.
We do Boxing on Tuesdays and Circuits on Thursdays as well as a Family Boxing Class on Saturdays, when your partners are welcome to join us too.
We always have modifications available, if you have recently given birth or have any restrictions, so no need for any excuses.
